How the mobile store works

• Customers interact with the store through a 22” touchscreen
• Free mode or payment can be enabled via Swish / QR payment flow
• Products are delivered using a zero-drop elevator system, with no falling
• Up to 4 products can be dispensed in the same transaction
• QR codes and discount codes can be used
• Products are restocked from the front
• Sales and stock levels can be monitored digitally through the admin system
• Branding, product images, pricing, copy and screen content are set up before the event
• Heating and cooling are available

The spiral-free dispensing technology makes the format particularly suitable for products where packaging and presentation matter.

Once on site, the store only requires a power connection. A mobile router and internet connection are built into the store.

The store operates independently throughout the event and can be restocked from the front when needed.

Which products are best suited for the store?

Beauty products, skincare, tech and accessories, merchandise, collectibles and other premium products. The dispensing system can handle everything from glass packaging, eggs and cupcakes to computers and mobile phones.

Can discount codes or vouchers be used?

Yes. QR codes and discount codes can be used.

How is the product delivered?

Products are delivered via a motorized elevator system. This means the product does not drop down like it would in a traditional spiral vending machine.

Can customers purchase several products at once?

Yes. Up to 4 products can be dispensed in the same transaction.

What is required at the event location?

Essentially, only a power connection. The store has its own built-in mobile router and internet connection.

Is statistics and sales data available?

Yes. The system can provide real-time data such as sales, stock levels and distributed products.
